Names of all Association members and officers are public on this website. Attendance information is shared across members who attend regularly and a select group of trusted visitors, as determined by the Association officers. Membership of our Google Groups email lists is determined by the officers, or follows from Association membership. Members of these email lists can see the email addresses of other list members.

Private Information

If you are a registered user of this website, all information provided that is not shared as above will only be available to the Association officers, who will only use it for Association purposes.
